The CloudEngine S12700H series switches (S12700H for short) are Huawei's new generation of chassis-type core/aggregation switches for high-end campus networks in the Wi-Fi 6/7 all-wireless era. They are available in 4-slot and 8-slot configurations and feature ultra-high density of GE/10GE/25GE/40GE/100GE full-speed access ports to meet customers' needs for quickly building a simplified campus network architecture.
The CloudEngine S12700H series switches adopt the CLOS switching architecture and are equipped with Huawei's self-developed new generation converged software platform, providing customers with a reliable platform system and secure data access. The main control unit, power supply, fans and other key components are all designed with redundancy, providing carrier-grade reliability. It is an ideal choice for building core/aggregation nodes of cloud campus networks and helping global customers with digital transformation.

1. Superb architecture
High-density single-board support for various large-scale convergence/core application scenarios
2. Ultra-high reliability
Service forwarding unit 1:1, no reduction in overall bandwidth even in the event of any main control/network board failure; supports slicing, M-LAG, stacking, etc.
3. End-to-end security
Terminal identification, protection against unauthorized connections, and full support for MACsec across the entire series.

| interoperability | VBST is based on the VLAN Spanning Tree Protocol (and interoperates with PVST/PVST+/RPVST). LNP (Link Type Negotiation Protocol) is a protocol with similar functionality to DTP. VCMP (VLAN Centralized Management Protocol) (similar in function to VTP) For detailed interoperability certification and reports, please visit [website address].here。 | |
